Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of the Sinelo app. By using the app, you accept them.
1. A player only
Sinelo is a media player only. It provides no channels, films, series or other content, it includes no sources, and it does not sell, suggest, recommend or link to any content service or provider. It plays only the sources that you add yourself.
2. Your sources and your responsibility
Before your first source is saved, the app asks you to confirm that you hold the right to access and use the source you add, and that you are responsible for its lawfulness. That confirmation applies to every source you add. It is kept on your device alone, with its date and the version of these terms, and is never sent anywhere.
You are responsible for the sources you add, for the content you play through them, and for complying with the laws that apply to you and with the terms of the services those sources belong to.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Sinelo to access or share content you are not entitled to, to get around any access control, or in any way that breaks the law.
4. No warranty
Sinelo is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or of uninterrupted operation. There is no guarantee that any source, stream or programme guide will work, stay available or be accurate. Playback depends on your sources, your network and your device, none of which the developer controls.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by the law that applies to you, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of, or your inability to use, Sinelo or any source you add. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
6. Open-source components
Sinelo includes open-source components, each under its own licence. The list is in the app under Settings, then About Sinelo, then Open-source licences. Those licences govern those components, and these terms do not change them.
7. Privacy
How the app handles information is described in the Privacy Policy, available in the app under Settings, then About Sinelo.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms carry a version number and an effective date. When they change, the version number changes and the new text is delivered with an app update.
